She currently leads Riyadh’s Sports Boulevard Foundation and has held senior roles at AEG UK, Multiplex Europe, and Madison Square Garden Co. Her board experience includes Skanska AB, Crossrail, and the UK Ministry of Defence.
The COO and also the Group CEO of Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK), bringing over 37 years of banking experience. Before joining ABK in 2020, he led the global expansion of the National Bank of Kuwait as CEO of Overseas Branches and Subsidiaries. Richani holds a Master’s in Finance from City, University of London, and a Bachelor’s from the American University of Beirut.

With over 25 years of experience in architecture and urban development, he has held key roles in both government and private sectors. He is also a professor at Cairo University and serves on several business and real estate councils in Egypt.

Under her leadership, Sheraa supported over 200 startups and launched the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival. Lubna Suliman Al-Olayan is a board member of Trench Capital and the Chair of the Saudi British Bank (SABB), the first woman to lead a Saudi bank. She previously served as CEO of Olayan Financing Company and has held board positions with major global firms including Citigroup and Rolls-Royce. Al-Olayan is also a strong advocate for education and social impact.
